Hello, i’m Rensy Oommen
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in education, Ms. Rensy Oommen has made significant contributions to both teaching and school leadership. She was instrumental in establishing the inclusive Primary School at Trivandrum International School (TRINS), where she began her journey in 2004 and served with distinction as the Head of the Primary School until 2025. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Oommen demonstrated exceptional expertise in building strong relationships with parents, teachers, and students. Her role extended far beyond classroom teaching. She skillfully managed curriculum planning, methodology design, student admissions, staff recruitment and training, budgetary planning, and strategic advancement initiatives. Her holistic approach to school leadership combined vision with practical execution, leaving a lasting impact on the institution’s growth. Before joining TRINS, Ms. Oommen specialized in teaching communicative English to adults, particularly professionals working in Information Technology (IT) firms, equipping them with essential language skills for global engagement. In her role as Director of Operations, she brings the same dedication, strategic insight, and collaborative spirit, ensuring organizational excellence and fostering an environment where innovation, inclusivity, and quality education thrive.
