Malavika R is a Rehabilitation Psychologist and Centre Coordinator at Reform Child Development Center. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP), recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She brings diverse clinical experience from her work as a Rehabilitation Support Worker with March of Dimes Canada and as a Shelter and Residential Support Worker with the Canadian Mental Health Association. She has also served as a Psychologist at Ananthapuri Child Development Center. Her areas of expertise include Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychometric assessments. She is committed to child-centred care and focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
